The HBDI® (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument®) profile is an assessment tool that allows individuals, teams and organizations to better understand and leverage their preferred thinking styles.
HBDI® is an effective tool to reflect on how to communicate with others who think the same as you and who think differently than you. Then, you will learn how to use “Whole Brain Thinking” and being able to think and act outside of your preferred thinking style.
It takes about 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
