Individual Coaching
Culture in Business works with individuals from various industries and background including banking, insurance, real estate, higher education, public sector, etc.
We offer both executive and business coaching in the following fields:

You can choose between our two packages or book a one-off session (fees from £75/hour + VAT).
Gold Coaching Package:
- Intake session
- 3 coaching sessions of 1.5 hours
- Cultural Orientations Framework Assessment
- Post-coaching sessions reports
- Up to 3 e-mails/texts between coaching sessions
- Up to 3 15 minutes phone calls if needed
- Fees: £255 (+ VAT)
Premium Coaching Package:
- Intake session
- 6 coaching sessions of 1.5 hours
- Cultural Orientations Framework Assessment
- Post-coaching sessions reports
- Up to 3 e-mails/texts between coaching sessions
- Up to 3 15 minutes phone calls if needed
- Fees: £490 (+ VAT)
We propose to meet you either at your workplace, or in your home or in any other convenient and quiet place. We can also arrange a meeting room in Central London close to your office. Room hire costs will be charged accordingly.
Alternatively, some coaching sessions can be achieved over the phone or using Skype, depending on where you live.
