Biography
KARINE MANGION MA, Msc, PgDip
Karine founded Culture in Business Ltd in 2009 to unleash the potential of people working globally. She is a professional coach, a consultant in cross-cultural communication and a trainer in Business French who has delivered programmes on relocation and expatriation for a number of corporate companies (Barclays, HSBC, Citigroup, SCOR, Tokio Marine Insurance, AtisReal...). She is a Lecturer at Regent's College London, London Business School and London Metropolitan University.
She also coaches managers from different sectors (Education, Banking, Insurance, Arts and Media…) to unleash their potential and achieve challenging goals: career development, time management, work/life balance, corporate and personal values, effective communication with clients and multicultural teams.
Before moving to London, she worked for 7 years in Paris in corporate and public organisations as a Consultant in Training and International Project Management. She also lived in Denmark and Bulgaria where she delivered training for trainers and trainings to various organisations on behalf of French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Karine graduated in International Project Management and Human Resources (Msc), and in Education Planning (PgDip). She also received an Award in Coaching for Team Leaders and Managers from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
